Fix : THE REGISTRATION FORM IS NOT SHOWN IN WOOCOMMERCE

If you would like to also show the Registration form on the “My Account” page you will need to make a change to the Accounts settings page within WooCommerce > Settings

• Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts > Registration Options
• Enable the option “Enable registration on the “My Account” page”
